As an Agency Nurse with Medsolve you will lead care teams and deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care during each shift. You will support residents and patients with a wide range of needs, carrying out assessments, administering medication, and enhancing overall wellbeing. About the role
- Leading shifts across care homes
- Administering medication safely
- Supporting and mentoring care teams
- Delivering high-quality clinical and personal care

- Maintaining accurate clinical records
About you
- Valid NMC Pin
- You must have minimum 1 year UK care home experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence to take responsibility and accountability for resident safety
- Committed to safeguarding individuals’ welfare and always upholding the highest standards of safety, dignity, and professional conduct
