Pay: £14.24 – £20.17 per hour
Location: Shifts across the Rhyl and Denbighshire area
About the Role
- Providing personal care (assisting with washing dressing and personal hygiene)
- Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Supporting emotional, physical and social wellbeing
- Working proactively within a care team
- Assisting at mealtimes, including feeding and ensuring hydration
- Monitoring and accurately documenting any changes in a patient’s health or wellbeing
About You:
- Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience as a healthcare assistant in a care home (12 months part time)
- Moving and Handling experience (essential)
- A caring and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills, speaking to individuals in a clear, respectful and empathetic way
- Committed to safeguarding individuals’ welfare and always uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and professional conduct
