About the Role
- Delivering high quality, person-centred care
- Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling
- Supporting emotional, physical and social wellbeing
- Working proactively as part of the care team
- Assisting at mealtimes, including feeding and ensuring hydration
- Monitoring and accurately documenting any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing
About You
- Minimum 6 months’ full-time paid experience as a healthcare assistant in the UK (12 months part-time)
- Moving and Handling experience (essential)
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed to safeguarding individuals’ welfare and upholding the highest standards of safety, dignity and professional conduct
