Job Summary
We are partnering with a valued client to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee Supported Living services across the Cheshire West area.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and values-driven leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple services, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong operational performance, effective budget management, and a positive organisational culture.
Key responsibilities include driving service quality, supporting and developing Service Managers, overseeing workforce planning, ensuring accurate rostering and staffing models, leading governance activity, managing risk, and fostering strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing multiple social care services, ideally within Supported Living, and a strong track record of leading services that support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours of concern. You will be a visible and supportive leader with hands-on operational experience, confident in working alongside managers and frontline teams to resolve complex situations, improve outcomes, and maintain high-quality care. Strong leadership capability, financial oversight, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coach, mentor, and develop managers are essential.
