Medsolve is looking for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to work with our care service clients across Chester, Cheshire, Ellesmere Port and Wirral.

About the role
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
- Supporting emotional, physical and social wellbeing
- Working within a professional care team
- Supporting individuals with their mental wellbeing, confidence building and personal goal setting
- Administering medication safely and accurately in line with policies, procedures and individual care plans
- Accurate documentation and reporting
About You
- Minimum 6 months’ full time paid UK in care homes or support work (or 12 months part time)
- Confident with moving & handling techniques
- Caring, reliable and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across different settings
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and providing safe, compassionate care
