Our Candidate Journey & Clinical Standards
Our robust recruitment and training process ensures that every team member is highly prepared to work in complex care. This includes:Stage 1 – Pre-screening:
- CV and reference checks
- ID, right to work, DBS, and training certification review
- CQC-aligned interview questions
- Transferable DBS and overseas documentation
Stage 2 – Clinical and Compliance
- Online training modules
- Classroom-based training and clinical assessments
- PMVA, care certificate, and mandatory care skills
Final Onboarding
- Signed contracts
- ID badges and induction pack
- Clinical oversight by our healthcare educators and registered managers
We maintain ongoing training, regular CPD, and internal auditing to uphold the highest standards of care.
