Medsolve UK Limited is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Client & Candidate Account Manager to join our Chester-le-Street branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruitment professional who thrives on winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

The Role
As a Client & Candidate Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing new healthcare recruitment business opportunities.
- Winning new clients and securing recruitment contracts.
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
- Conducting client visits and business development meetings.
- Negotiating terms of business and rates.
- Achieving and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Maintaining compliance and recruitment records in line with company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
✔ Previous healthcare recruitment experience.
✔ Strong business development background with a proven record of winning new clients.
✔ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
