Pay: £14.24 – £20.17 per hour
Location: Shifts across Ellesmere Port and Neston
About The Role:
- Supporting individuals in supported living or temporary accommodation
- Promoting daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
- Providing housing-related support, budgeting guidance and signposting
- Supporting mental health, confidence and goal setting
- Accurate documentation, safeguarding and communication
About You:
- Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in support work (12 months part-time)
- Understanding of supported living, homelessness or social care
- Reliable, compassionate and confident working alone or in a team
- Good communication skills and IT literacy
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults, young people and families
- Committed to safeguarding individuals’ welfare and always uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and professional conduct
