- Experience as a Support Worker, Housing Support Worker or similar
- Understanding of supported living, homelessness or social care
- Reliable, compassionate and confident working alone or in a team
- Good communication skills and IT literacy
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and families in North Wales

- Supporting people in supported living or temporary accommodation
- Promoting daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
- Providing housing-related support, budgeting guidance and signposting
- Supporting mental health, confidence and goal-setting
- Accurate documentation, safeguarding and communication
- Working across community and accommodation services
