🚨 Deputy Manager Opportunity – Therapeutic LD Children’s Home 🚨

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a residential service for a Deputy Manager to join a therapeutic Learning Disabilities (LD) children’s home within a well-established organisation, based in South Durham.

💷 Salary: £35,000 per year
📍 Location: South Durham
⏱ Start Date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior/Team Leader or existing Deputy Manager looking to take the next step within a supportive and progressive provider.

✨ The Role:
You’ll support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, helping to lead a dedicated team and ensure high-quality, therapeutic care is delivered to children and young people with learning disabilities.

🔑 Key Requirements:
– Experience working within children’s residential care
– Ideally at Senior level or above
– Knowledge of supporting children with LD and therapeutic approaches
– Strong leadership and organisational skills
– Full UK driving licence (essential)
